Price
Level 1 classes cost £6 per class, or £5 per class block booking.
Level 2 classes cost £6.50 per class, or £5.50 per class block booking.
Levels
Level 1 class are for beginners.
Level 1 - 2 classes are for beginners and those with more experience. Beginners will do only do level 1 postures in a level 1 - 2 class.
Level 2 classes are for those with 1 year or more of regular yoga practice.
