Yoga Inspiration Glasgow class timetable for Shawlands and Giffnock
To book your place in a yoga class please call Maurice on 07950 010 783, or email him at mauricefinn@gmail.com, Alternatively you can just turn up on the night and if there is availability in the class you can join. Please note that some classes may be fully booked and drop in places can be limited or unavailable.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to teacher training there is NO class on Saturday 4th February 2012. All classes running normally thereafter.

Prices
Level 1 classes cost £7 per class, or £6 per class block booking, 1 calendar month.
Level 1 - 2 (1hr. 15mins) classes cost £7.50 per class, or £6.50 per class block booking, 1 calendar month.
Level 1 - 2 (1hr. 30mins) classes cost £8 per class, or £7 per class block booking, 1 calendar month.
If 2 classes are booked per month, the 2nd class is discounted by £2 per class.
If you book for a month and miss a class you can attend any other class in the same calender month to make up for it.
Levels
Level 1 class are for beginners.
Level 1 - 2 classes are for beginners and those with more experience. Beginners will do only do level 1 postures in a level 1 - 2 class.
Level 2 classes are for those with 1 year or more of regular yoga practice.
